# Protocol Token - DRVS

DRVS token is a unique SPL Token-2022 and an integral part of the protocol. All protocol revenues are planned to be distributed among the holders of the DRVS token (pending regulatory review). 

DRVS token holders also participate in regular voting on the Protocol's Fees policy. Currently, there are four components of the protocol planned to be subject to periodic (bi-weekly) governance votes:

* Spot Fee Policy
* Options & Futures Fee Policy
* DRVS Holders' Share of Spot Trading Fees
* DRVS Holders' Share of Derivatives Trading Fees
