# Using Track Wallet

**Track Wallet** mode lets you monitor the activity, portfolio, and open positions of other users without connecting your own wallet.

### 1. Accessing Track Wallet

The tracking option is available to all users directly from the entry point.

1. Click **Connect Wallet** in the platform's upper toolbar.
2. In the **Wallet Selector** modal, look for the **Track Wallet** option, positioned at the bottom below the supported wallet extensions.
3. Click **Track Wallet** to open the input modal.

### 2. Searching for an account

To view data, you must provide a valid identifier for the client you wish to track.

* **Identifier types** - the system supports both a wallet's public key (**Client PK**) and a unique platform-assigned **Client ID**.
* **Input process** - paste the ID or PK into the input field.
* **Connecting** - click the button to start the view-only session.

### 3. View-only session capabilities

Once entered, the Deriverse interface loads with the selected account's data, allowing full navigation without a connected wallet.

* **Available data** - balances, open orders, orderbooks (Spot and Perp), trade history, liquidity pool (LP) data, the full portfolio, logs, points, and Vault Mode settings.
* **Real-time updates** - data updates automatically as the tracked user performs trades or updates their balance, with no page refresh required.

### 4. Explorer mode restrictions

{% hint style="warning" %}
To ensure account security, Explorer mode strictly prohibits any transaction-triggering action. All primary action buttons - **Buy**, **Sell**, **Deposit**, **Withdraw**, **Cancel** - are disabled and non-clickable.
{% endhint %}

### 5. Exiting Track Wallet

To end the tracking session and return to normal platform mode:

1. Click **Disconnect** in the upper toolbar.
2. The interface resets to its initial state, allowing you to connect your own wallet or track a different account.

Refreshing the browser page also terminates the Explorer session and returns the UI to normal mode.
