Deposit and Withdraw

Subaccounts & Deposits on Deriverse

Behind the scenes, each user has a main account and multiple subaccounts:

  • Main Account: A main account is automatically set up for each user connecting with their wallet. Funds in the main account can be used to trade spot.

  • Subaccounts: A subaccount for each perpetual swap market is created when a user deposits funds from the main account into a perpetual swap market. Each perpetual swap trading instrument has its own subaccount.

You can deposit or withdraw funds through the Portfolio, Spot, or Perp tabs.

On Deriverse, each Perpetual Instrument (e.g., SOL/USDC, BTC/USDC) has its own subaccount. You must deposit funds into a subaccount to place trades for that specific instrument. Think of it as isolated margin mode.
